Aoa drs yesterday in the morning i had nausea.. n vomit like feeling I was all alone in my house After sometime i had high palpitation, cold sweats.. tingling feeling in hands and feet .. numbness n shivering.. went to emergency in national hospital they did ecg n all test every thing was clear... they said its PANIC ATTACK.. PLZ TELL HOW CAN IN HELP NY SELF IF I GET PANIC ATTACKS IN FUTURE.. WHAT IS THE FIRST AID FOR THESE ATTACKS . AS I LIVE ALONE ... HUSBAND HAS 9-6 JOB

Sir im under anxiety .. my husband is gem of a person ... but he is only child of his parents.. parents are not alive... her mother died in my arms she was very aged ... since then im under depression and anxiety... i all the time think if something happens to my husband how would i survive...
