You haven’t disclosed how long have you had these attacks and what brings them on? Are there any life events that may have been responsible? Usually at your age such symptoms can be precipitated by parental pressures which my guess is could be an impending marriage, a forced marriage in the offing, a long engagement or something like that. You would be well advised to consult an older family member in whom you can confide. An engagement neurosis frequently resolves itself when you get married. It is not a good idea to take combination of powerful antidepressants without good cause for any length of time.

sir I can't control my negative thoughts about my family, specially i always worried about my brother , every time i feels fearness of death and Everytime I wish that nobody talk to me just leave me alone in lightness room, main problem which hurt's me mostly that is breathing, faster heart beat and full body pain,,, plz help me Sir i am in pain ?????

the only solution of problem is quran o sunnat start reciting Quranwith loud sound in ur room and pray namaz 5 times leave psychiatrist and anti psychotic treatment pray for me also
