Doctor ke advice pe mainey Citanew 10mg start ki thi. 3 weeks 10mg lene ke baad main 5mg pe aagya. ab 5mg lete hue almost ek month hogya hai. Panic attacks ke episodes dobara usi trha shuru hogye hain jese 2months pehle thay. kya main dobara 10mg lu ya medication change krwau?
Apko meds change krny ki zroort hai...
Depreesive episodes mein at least 06 months treatment must hai usk bd tapper off krty hain meds...
dnt stop the meds at once...
Tab.Praxycl cr 12.5mg ek nashty k bad
tab. Nassa 15mg half rat ko soty hwe..
After three weeks consult again...

citanew like medications take at least 1 month to effect your symptoms.... apko itni jaldi khud se medication ki dose change nhi krni chahye..
Continue same medication in 10 mg. Wait atleast 6 - 8 weeks to get proper results. This is good Medication.
Don't change your medication without consultation of a PSYCHIATRIST. Make sure you sleep atleast 8 hours during night.
If you wake up at Fajar Namaz , then sleep early

I am getting panic attacks during sleep. they wake me up right after 2 hours of sleep. Unable to continue sleep for long hours. That's why i thought that reducing 10mg to 5mg caused these episodes again.

You have to take citanew 10 for atleast 6 months... Reduce to 5 mg for 7 th and 8th month... Use 5mg on alternate day for 9th and 10th month. Stop there after
