According to picture there is no remarkable acute bleeding shown in CT which means there is nothing to worry about. maybe you should attach a better picture for clearer evaluation and the symptoms you are describing are also overlapping with your old diagnosis, maybe you are getting eye heaviness and headache due to other mismanagement like blood pressure blood sugar level or dehydration
