Talk to General Physician on Pelvic/lower Abdomen Pain- Pregnancy

I’ve been having severe pain (aching pain) in pelvic region right next to hip bone on both (front) sides along with lower back pain, I remember having this extreme pain 2 yrs back too for almost 8-9 continuous months when checked with a dr she told me that no organ lies there and it’s muscular because i had stopped exercising so she told me to do some more exercises and stretches which did help and the pain subsided, now I’m married and 8 weeks pregnant and having the same exact pain but this time as I can’t exercise or stretch it’s not going away. Had an u/s last week which was allhamdulilah normal but this is very painful to bear. It feels better when i try to stretch or put my hand on the area of pain or lie straight but it doesn’t go away completely also gets worse if i lie or sleep on sides. I don’t understand what exactly is causing this again but because I’ve had it earlier too I’m not sure if pregnancy is the cause this time. Pls advise as this happens every other day. I also
