AoA Hi Sir I am suffering from anal abscess for 3 months it goes sometimes and then comes again outer left side of anus skin there is a small absecss which pains and some time blood comes out from that if press i had use gtn lignocian and ciprofloxcian antibiotic it help me a little but after 20 days again same probem suffering from pain when sittng long please any help JazakAllah

Dear brother some one jahil ask u to eat antibiotic without surgery. plz go to a surgeon get it operated and than start antibiotic for whole life . Get it operated otherwise it will not finish. Plz

Wasalam. You need to consult a general surgeon as this can be much more than an abscess, It can be a pilonidal sinus or fistula. Please go for a proper consult. Meanwhile keep the area clean, dry and hygienic.

Visit a general surgeon and get it examined by him . He can tell you is it a fistula or piles or perianal abscess
