Talk to General Physician on Perianal Abscess Or Fistula

Hi and salam. initially it started as constipation and then piles to anal fissure. Dr adviced GTN anal fissure and bath sits. apparently it solve my issue for few days however due sitting for many hours in office, again it started. as per suggestion from my circle, i went to chinese hospital and digonsed with anal fistula. it made me worried because as per Dr, only cure is surgery. i have taken Chinese medicine but no benefit. this problem changed my life style. no more chilii and reducing my weight. meanwhile i have also seen many videos to understand about this medical issue. as per my understanding based on different online studies and videos, its perianal abscess and may be concerted to anal fistula if not cured in time. and if is not properly operated by surgeon, it may be concerted into anal fistula. kindly guide. image is attached
