Talk to General Physician on Period Disturbance
Asking for Self, Female, 32 years old, Lahore
I got last period on 27 mar. It was expected on 27 april but still no periods. Cramps in lower abdomin. But no period. Pregnancy test negative. What should i do now. Periods are getting disturbed from previous 5 to 6 months but just 3 days. Not mote than 3 days. As my cycle increases 3 days.

Any associated pain ? spotting ? facial hair ? acne ? weight gain ? excessive exercise ? and stressors in life recently ? Discharge from down below ? Are u married ? children ? Need to know a bit more about u to know the cause of irregularity and delay in periods and then some investigations may be required. Hope this helps, stay home stay safe

Okay dear, there seems to be an important reason behind ur mensural irregularity, weight gain and acne. they are related and most likely due to PCOs. If possible then book an appointment for proper history and treatment .

I think u should go for ultrasound pelvis
