My sister is suffering from persistent fever. I want a complete checkup of her. I think maybe she had a chest infection and at that time due to fever, her lips turned black. I don't understand the cause of this persistent fever. No one can detect the actual cause and nobody's medicine made any difference to the fever.

need to be visited by a specialist physician soon after taking history and doing physical examination and some tests then everything will be cleared up

she needs to be admitted in a proper tertiary care hospital. don't waste time in online consults . proper physical examination, history and serial reports, x-rays are required

In hospitals, they prescribe fever medicine.
Checked up yesterday also, they gave Panadol, Dimon, and Mexal syrup and gave an injection which immediately removed the fever.
There are no satisfactory doctors so I have to consult online.

then have her following tests done if not already , CBC, CRP, Blood C/S , Sputum C/S (if there is any cough with sputum), COVID rapid antigen (if there is any cough or shortness of breath) and finally chest x-ray pa view erect. and consult

better to get chk up onsite..not online..as blackeing of lips is not something that should be ignored.echo should be done too along wd other test
