Talk to General Physician on Persistent Tension-type Headache

Asalam-o-Elekum! Two days ago, while I was fasting, I had a severe attack of something which caused unbearable dizziness, headache, deep eye-ache, mild temperature and sweating all maybe be due to dehydration. After Iftaari, when I was hydrated again, I felt better about dizziness, temperature and sweating. But till now, two symptoms, discontinuous episodes of headache and deep eye pain are still on their peak. I took Panadol Extra tablet twice but didn’t get significant relief. Can you please help me find out the diagnosis and effective treatment for this problem?
