Talk to General Physician on Persistent Thirst
Asking For Self, Male 30, Lahore
I constantly feel very thirsty and no matter how much water i drink it doesn't quench my thirst. And i just noticed yellow patches on my tongue. What could be the issue here?

hey, for age 30 its important to r/o certain things before labeling you a diagnosis, i would like to know your diet habits, any other issues like frequent urination , any issues with your stomach like reflux of food into throat plus if any medication you are taking or if ye are smoking also about hygiene routine , regards Dr Naeem Specialist Registrar in Medicine , Ireland

Although it seems like some dangerous infection but it is nothing to worry about. it can be most probably common fungal infection, i.e Oral candidiasis due to poorly controlled diabetes.
Have you got yourself checked for Diabetes? Because Persistent thirst is one of the major signs of Diabetes.
Also take care of your mouth hygiene if you're not paying much attention to it. Use anti septic mouth wash, avoid smoking and caffeine in tea, brush your teeth regularly etc.
And tell me if you have any throat infection or you get such infections on multiple times?
