you should remove your constipation with start (Macrogol 3350) sachet form mein available hoty hai

due to pregnancy weight increase hone se and continuous constipation se ye ho jata hai..
dnt u worry
take leafy green vegetables
avoid red meat and constipation
use syp gaviscon 1tea spoon tds and tab motilium 10mg subha sham 15 mint before meal
