you haven't shared previous imaging report .
kindly consult your primary oncologist as he can give answer of following questions as he has complete record.
1)was it a negative margin surgery ?
2) initial stage of disease ?
3) what is the size of lung lesion .
4) were these lesions present at the start of treatment if yes then are these lesion stable or not .
5) what was the intent of treatment palliative or curative ?
so its better to go and consult ur primary oncologist
