As Salam u alaikum. I started walk at 9 30 pm daily for an hour and I usually start my walk after 30 mins of taking dinner. I have office desk job now and don't have any physical activity in day time, just wants to decrease a little bit of belly fat but main reason for my walk is physical activity. My question is that is there any problem in walking after dinner?
