Asking for Self, Female, 24 years old, Karachi

I have been several from hemorroids from past 4 -5 years but they usually used to go away on their own or with a change in diet. From the past year the condition started to change, despite eating healthy food they are not going away. Now, I have reached at the 4th stage and have 3 hemorroids that have grown outward. It bleeds every time I pass stool and gives immense pain. I can't sit, stand or walk properly. My doctor has suggested a surgery. I want to know if there's any other way to treat them without the surgery?
