3weeks ago I suddenly feel pain in my anus and when I consult a doctor he gave me some medicine and ask me to drink more juices then now I dont have pain on my anus but I feel itching (kharish) on my anus sometime but today I feel this is some sort of pus. but I don't have any pain. is this piles or not can anyone guide me what can I do. is this a serious problem.
