Talk to General Physician on Pinkish Phlegm

Female 34 years, having flu from yesterday,. Today, she felt phlegm in nose. While trying to spit it out, it was found red in color. She also has issues of nose bleeding. There are no underlying symptoms except flu. She is also covid recovered from june and fully vaccinated. I want to ask: Is it serious to find phlegm pinkish red in color during flu and having condition of nose bleeding?? Can it be due to nose bleed? Are there any tests required to be done??
