Platelets Down

Question

Kindly tell me about platelets anisocytosis. My platelets are getting down day by day. Last week my platelets count reached 29k so I was admitted to hospital. They treated me and my platelets count reached 172k. Now they are again getting down day by day (151k). Platelets anisocytosis noted in report.
