ok , this slight High Hb , and RBCs count is clinically insignificant , we called this condition secondary polycythemia , which may be due to living at high altitude , active or passive cigrate smoking , or any lung issue .
dont be panic about this , just donate blood , ur hb and rbcs count will become normal soon inshaAllah , and repeat ur cbc test again 6 month later .
