Asking For Sister, Female 4, rawalpindi

My younger one had pneumonia in December 2021 and after medication she had PCV and influenza Booster shot in January 22. But she caught the flu again. Is it the cause of concern or OK? She is still taking pulmatec syrup and Freehale sachet.
