My popliteal artery is blocked due to thrombosis. I'm taking Paletal and Loperene. but artery is still blocked. is there any treatment other then bypass. kindly suggest me pl.

I'm not diabetic and also not over weight. I was smoker. I feel chest pain and some times leg pain when I walk for few minutes.
