Talk to General Physician on Possible Infection

My wife got sever fever 101-103 on 21st Mar along with headache , body aches and lethargy. During fever her throat used to hurt but otherwise it was fine. For two days we battled fever and brought it down to 101 after which it subsided and kept it under control with panadol. Her blood reports came in with fol results C reactive protein quantitative 148.64 , serum ferattine 347.5 , erythrocytes sedimentation rate 52. Lungs X-ray shows clear. What could be the problem.
