Hello
swelling is not normal if it is localized to the left hand then it may b because of angiography wire insertion injury, and pain numbness also associated with this swelling.
tell me about hypertension diabetes and the medicine she is taking
and also lab reports of RFTs
so that I can help you out for diagnosing this condition Thanks

if the ECGs has no abnormal findings then the problem will be localized I think it is complications of diabetes which is called neuropathy/ it might b carpel tunnel syndrome. you should get RFTs done, HbA1c and if u plz tell me about the medicine she is taking and upload the picture of hand then it will be better to recognize the problem
