Talk to General Physician on Post Covid Effects

person-avatar

Asking for Self, Female, 34 years old, Islamabad

I was tested positive for covid-19 on April 27. It was a mild attack and I recovered at home. But I am still suffering from shortness of breath and palpitations. I don't have cough, weakness or any other issue, but I don't have that stamina that I used to have before getting sick. Also, I have difficulty breathing while wearing a mask. I have attached my results for Chest Xray, ECG and Holter Monitor (72 hours). My resting heart rate is 85-90 bpm. Please guide me are these reports normal or is there any issue with my lungs or heart? Any other tests that I should go for? My ferritin is 30, hemoglobin is 118, and hematocrit is 0.35. Are these issues because of the low hemoglobin? How to cure shortness of breath and palpitations?
