Hello! I am suffering PMD from few months... tried some kegel exercises, tried some homeopathic medicines but no effect. I can't even hold urine for much time. Problem happens after every single I urine. kindly help me, i am much worried about it.
i need a bit more history?like are u able to control urine till toilet?? do u feel dribbling with cough/strain??
seems uti...if it is happening again and again than u need urince culture.try to drink as much water as u can and avoid public toilet
u need to go for scan as well

This condition is more prominent from last year Nov. Yes I am able to hold till toilet. There is no pain in bladder or urethra.

No dribbling with cough... Dribbling doesn't lasts till next toilet... only one or two drops but they are involuntary... after urination the urethra becomes so much sensitive.
