Talk to General Physician on Post Nasal Drip With Blood

Aoa. I have throat infection and productive cough Pain during swallowing also head ache. Plus throat is swollen red except hard palate which is pale colour. I m taking levofloxacin for this. But today i had fresh blood in my post nasal discharge. Kindly tell is it part of infection or something else. Also sometimes i feel my mouth nose and palate is dry.
