Plz see a General Physician in your area need to have x-ray chest and sputum test and HbA1c but see a doctor physically. Good Luck

Also get peripheral blood smear and then you can consult for further plan of management

As colleagues mention it is very important to have further evaluation The information shared is very limited to pin down what could be likely problem as it depend on history but certainly looking at blood film and h/o wt loss is very suggestive of a serious underlying diagnosis requiring comprehensive evaluation.she may end up needing lot of test so appropriate to see physician firts so you could have opportunity to discuss why those test are being done and what is clinician aiming to look for.Never be hesitant to ask questions.it your illness your money and your time as you pay a physician for that time so ask questions and clarify your queries .
