After 2 months of weight, I have done HBA1C again and it was 5.8 - previously it was 5.8 too.
Steps i have taken in last 2 months are
reduced weight from 87 to 75. no smoking and no alcohol.
walk 30 minutes - 5 days a week atleast.
last 2 months eating low carb and low suger - now as got too much weight loss so started having 2 roti in the morning and 2 in evening time;
How can i reduced 2 points - my initial target is 5.6 HBA1C - any guidance will be appreciated.
Interesting when I am doing fasting / 2 hour after food reading, it's always under 100 in fasting and under 130 after 2 hours of food, not sure why HBA1C is 5.8.
Please guide how can I lower HBA1C in green line (5.6 or lower)

HBA1c shows results of previous 3 months ideally. so it is possible that your test results are some because your blood already have some previous Rbcs which contain high amount of glucose.
if ur blood sugar is controlled fasting and post parandial BSL then it's a really good sign. just wait a few months, HBA1c will also decrease.
your progress is really good. maintain your healthy lifestyle.
one thing to note here is that u started to have 2 rotis in the morning and 2 in evening. diabetics should ideally have small frequent meals. reduce your roti intake to one at a time. have one roti in morning , some snack by 12-1pm like a fruit or a glass of milk with handful of nuts.. and if u feel hungry you can have a roti in noon as well. but don't eat 2 rotis together. sll the weight that you lost will come back.
