Ideally throat must be examined And treated if you think then house hold remedies can be helpful wash and salt mixed water gargles can be no response then some selected antibiotics can be given safely in pregnancy for that you must see your physician to avoid any further complications regarding safety of antibiotics.

You should take plenty of rest, drink warm liquids, gargle with salt water and eat soft palatable but healthy diet. To soothe your throat you can take a cough lozenge. If fever increases or symptoms don't get better visit you doctor.
