I feel pressure around Heart area specially after eating something. I already have sugar and blood pressure but I don't have any history of heart related problems. fir sugar I take (gatryl+trivia) for bp (zestoretic). my liver is slightly enlarged but the doctor said that it is not dangerously enlarged yet. please give opinion about pressure around chest area.
