Hello, I am 18 and female and my mother is 45 years old, can you recommend one of the best or a few good probiotics in Pakistan for daily use for maintaining gut health and keeping colon clean as we tend to eat not as healthy. Are probitoics more beneficial in sachet form or capsule or tablet form? Can you recommend The best probiotic sachet form or tablet form just for maintaining health and improve absorption for daily use like bactocell and imutec, etc but we don’t know which one is good for general every other day use.

Probiotic is not for good health or daily use.... Even if u go to America then no one will recommend u daily use of Probiotic... If u have some active health complaint then u can tell me so I can prescribe u best possible medication for this problem

It is better to stick to naturally occurring foods containing probiotics,like yogurt,banana,Sourdough bread,.
Daily use of probiotics is not recommended unless you have troubling digestive issues.
