AoA_ Dear recpected Dr... 1 june se phely jisam dard or bukhar ho rha hy or stomach ek ek bar dard utha hy or bukhar srf rat ko atha hy temperature 104 chla jata hy din bukhar mai nai atha.. 5 june Dr ko dekhaya unka khena hy virus chl rha hy just panadol tablet use kartha tha 7 june ko Dr ko dubara dekhya khud se test ka bola typhoid , CBC ka but test clear tha osi time Dr. ny (no spa forte) or panadol table lik diya ... 9 june tak tek hogay ...6 days bad dubara bukhar shuro ho gaya rat ho .... just fever ho rha phely jisam mai dard thora thand lagna phr bukhar shuro ho jatha ... na stomach na khansi na zukam na motion na sar dard na mou ka teast kharab just temperature bhar jatha rat ko 103+ chla jata hy ....

A high grade fever only at night upto 104 should be evaluated by consultation and repeat laboratory tests.Is there loss of weight,night sweats?
You need to consult a well reputed physician.
You need a work up for fever,2 seperate blood cultures,urine culture,maybe Xray chest ?,ultrasound abdomen,tests for hepatitis, liver and kidney function.
Not to worry about.
