Talk to General Physician on Psoriatic Spondylitis & Psoriasis

i have psoriatic spondylitis since last six months.sometimes my back becomes stiff especially in the morning & i can't move freely.i have psoriasis also.what should I do? how i can get rid of this sharp pain and stiffness please please guide me.i have consulted many doctors.i m attaching my x ray.
