Talk to General Physician on Pulsating Pain

I am a 22 year old male. I have pain in my back near my rohmboid from last one year which extends to my lower back. It sometimes feel like stiffness and sometimes like cramps and sometimes feel like shock pain and those shocks extend to my belly from lower back. I have consulted almost all the doctors such as Neurologist, Orthiopedic and General Physician aswelll. They usually give me Multi vitamins and medication for nerves also sometimes anxiety or stress relieving medications. I myself feel that Anxiety related and Nerve related medications have good affect but the pain never goes completely it stays there on it’s origin. And the worst part is whenever I mastrubate I feel pain in my back sometimes it feels like electric shocks and sometimes it’s just cramps in back after ejaculation. Could you please help me find out that what actually is my issue and which specialist doctor should I visit for it. MRI and CT Scan both are clear shows no prominent evidence of nerve pinching
