I have recently noticed that my blood pressure ranges from 135-55 but my pulse is always 100 plus. I want to know why and is it dangerous?
first of all U should take reading after 10mis rest and manual appratus is best as far as i think as compared to digital ..secondly mention your weight and height.. and family history of having blood pressure..And if by doing this the reading remains the same..restrict your diet from salt and take water in excess..And do consult again fir further plan

who check ur BP dont check by urself ask some to check ur Bp manually by mercury sphygmomanometer never check by electronic one

please suggest good machine to check it and I'll turn 22 next week and I'm 5'2" and weight is 58 kg. My mother is a patient of high blood pressure and dad have some uti problem with renal calculus.
Also I check it randomly it is mostly 100 plus. Earlier today I checked it after waking up it was 121/74 (bp) and 94 pulse.
