Talk to General Physician on Pus And Swelling In Lower Leg And Foot

My father in law got a small cut from a metal screw on his foot and he applied saniplast to it. After 10-15 days his lower leg and foot swelled to 3 times it's size.

The area is tender, swollen and red with bumps on it. No fever. Bp is normal. We visited an orthopedic surgeon, the tests and medicines are attached.

Can you please suggest which type of specialist doctor is best for treating this issue.
