Ohho nahi....... it isn't from anal me being studying medicine also I come across a term called pilonidal cyst don't know I have that condition or not but I guess I have dermatologist condition the area between hips u can say where spinal cord ends and hips start the skin between two hips is where that infection occured maybe due to long travel on bike I don't think so that it can be a condition related to a surgeon

So at least take Antibiotics first ,Tab Augmentin 625 mg twice a day for 03 days
