My hba1c is 5.2 in this year, four years ago it was 4.9 but I've changed my life style after saw increment hba1c in last report.
I've reduce 17 KGS weight in 5 months. I've reduce 113 (Gram Suger) daily. I've reduce 3384 (Gram Suger) Monthly. I've reduce 40608 (Gram Suger) Yearly. I'm doing exercise more then 30 mints every night, totally quite all types of cokes, red bull, juices, chocolates and dates also reduce 5 chappti to 3 chapptis in 24 hours. Normally I don't do breakfast because it woke up late.
What do you suggest does I'm going make it good and my hba1c will reduce anyhow no problem related suger in my family history mother side.

continue as you are following the best life style as per diabetic patient need .. hba1c is matters but your result going in normal range and it will decrease in feature if you will same instructions in your life .. try to change ur breakfast habit too

Good to see your concern about sugar levels, tough it is within normal limits not even close to pre diabetic value! But yes with adopting healthy lifestyle HBA1C can get lower than 5.2 ;)
