The minute you shift focus away from withdrawal symptoms, they will stop. Increase your water intake, try new flavors, introduce your pallet to different things, fragrances, and try avoiding closed spaces where ppl are smoking. Take long deep breaths in fresh air...
Nicotine levels go down fast so its not in ur system now... cigarette is a comfort thing for ppl, they can see it, feel it, smell and taste it, and then touch on lips too so unconsciously we tend to make it an anchor. So if you gibe urself a variety of things that can fulfill what the cigarette used to do, its easier to forget.
