1 week ago, i got a scratch from stray cat, which seems to be rabid, i washed the scratches and went to government hospital they did my vaccination of vaxirab N. Intradermal and Tetnus vaccine also The cat was killed by my friend on the spot, because of rabid.
I have completed 0,3,7 vaccination schedule from THQ,
Anything else needed?
I had also taken pre exposure doses of rabies vaccine back in 2021 june.

Rabies vaccines are administered as 1 ml IM ( Deltoid/Gluteal) .
while HRIG ( Human rabies immunoglobulins) are given as half around the wound and half IM.
Schedule:
0,3,7,14,28 in non immunized individual
0,3,7 in immunized people
as you are already immunized in 2021 so 3 doses are enough.
but if you experience any risk you can have a booster dose later.

Yes according to new Guidelines of FDA , Varibax N of 1ml can be given intra dermal/ Intra muscular

But they injected me 0.5 ml. Intradermally and said that bubble is formed in skin it's ok
What if i repeat regimen again of 1 ML I/M
Will it be ok???

Sir! trust the Govt hospitals they have the authentic vaccines in there ....
otherwise multiple variants of Varibax N are available in market which you won't be able to differentiate...
First of all it's not that much to worry about because the site is very far and good thing is you are already immunized and got another vaccine.

yes govt vaccines are good , no need to start it again just take only 2 further doses

No they have injected me intradermal. And said that its new regime. And intradermal dose is low, they said as per new instructions..
