I got heart attack before it my serum creatinine level was 1.7 after 1 day it was stable at this stage and 3day of attack it raised at 2.4, what happened with me why it's raised,it's reverse able or not,and CABG procedure can be adopted at this stage

Sometimes,creatinine can get raised when you are sick and it’s not too much raised. Get it repeated one more time. When is your CABG procedure scheduled. CABG is essential for you as it is lifesaving. Little rise in Creatinine is not a serious matter to delay CABG. Get opinion with your Cardiologist and anesthetist aswell.

I don't think that it's reversible, because body tissue have ability to rebuilt again n again... any how can not tell the time span, because it depends on medication, diet + lifestyle .. also creat affects kidneys so all things go hand in hand
