Talk to General Physician on Recurrent STDs Since 2 Years

I’m getting treated for some STD i got 2 years ago. Started with yeast infection and later discovered it’s Trichomoniasis. Got several antibiotics orally in 2 years. But all in vain. My doctor performed culture and recommended an antibiotic through IV. It worked but the infection didn’t go away totally. Now I’m married and the infection triggered again. I’ve passed it on to my husband as well. Now we’re giving the infection to each other back and forth. Help me suggest best doctor for treating complex STDs. Not satisfied with my current doctor as she only is suggesting oral medication for me and my husband and doesn’t examine me for the discharge and skin tears.
