Talk to General Physician on Recurring Fever

A few months back i started getting 99 fever sometimes 99.5 and i would feel lethargic with it. It continued for 1 week i took azomax on doctor prescription and it subsided after 7 day dose i had no flu no sore throat or any urine infection symptoms. Last month in march i had severe sore throat and flu with the same fever. I had to take azomax again i nebulised for 5 days twice a day with clenil. But some congested feeling in my chest area remained. I also checked my pulse ox during it it remained 99. I got better after 2 weeks. Now since 3 days i am having same 99 to 99.5 fever with lethargy and a bit of stuffy nose and slight cough. I am at a loss as to why my fever keeps returning please help i can not visit a doctor here i have small kids and I don't want to take them to a clinic.
