Talk to General Physician on Regaining Energy

i am posting 2nd time. first post wasnt approved. my question is simple. . how to regain energy after sex, i feel weak in legs and arms only after continuous sex for 3 days. otherwise i am fine n good if i give break in between. its not routine work, but when it happens , afterwards whole day goes lazy dull sleepy tired.
