Talk to General Physician on Repeat Disorder

Greetings Dear Doctors Since last many years I am suffering from a disease but I am unable to to classify this disease in any category I don't know either it is psychological disease or mental disease or any other kind of disease or what ever. Actually my problem is that whenever I hear a sound that is repeating continuously or I saw an action that is continuously repeating then Suddenly within a seconds pain starts at left side of my brain and my blood pressure got higher and higher and my mind got out of control . By this issue I m unable to do any thing. That is very painful for me kindly advise and feel free to ask any thing.
