sperm count and motility are low. Please get a LH, FSH level checked and scrotal ultrasound to rule out varicocele. It is a treatable condition. Other causes include medications for blood pressure, cancer, depression, abnormal hormone levels, infections, smoking and drugs. The treatment depends on the cause of your problem. A urologist can advise you further regarding testing and treatment.
