please go for electrophoresis and iron profile and after that take appointment for complete history

You have smaller red cell size and the staining for haeme part is is less.
One reason is you could have iron deficiency in your diet.This is very common.So you get youself tested for serum iron level and TIBC.
If they are normal,then you would be needing Hb electrophoresis.
No need for anxiety.Get yourself diagnosed.And management will be according to the diagnosis.
