Patient has complains of body aches (neck,shoulder, finger tips, toes), extreme fatigue, difficulty sleeping. Already taken 4 200,000 iu injections for Vit D. Does she need to get her parathyroid tested?

Yes dr. 2nd child is almost 7 months old and needs to be carried. Elder one who is almost 3.5 yrs old sometimes demands to be carried as well

I would like to mention that the pain doesnt stay all the time or every single day. Some days are bad and some days are pain free too. Could it be related to stress too because she is undergoing lots of stress in her personal life at the moment..
