Your blood CBC is fine .Liver and kidney function apparently normal.
There is some degree of dyslipidemia regarding triglycerides.
Kindly get your blood pressure checked, blood glucose( fasting and 2hours post meal )and HbA1c done.
Adjust life style.Dietry adjustment subject to blood glucose readings.Include excercise plan in your routine.Stop smoking in case you are a smoker.

To protect kidneys take good care of your Blood pressure,blood glucose .Do not smoke or take unnecessary nephrotoxic medication.Taking too much painkillers ie NSaids are a common cause of renal injury.
