your father have an enlarged prostate it's a different problem than the report so I think his RFTs are deranged because of AkI? Diabetic nephropathy? hypertensive emergency? there is a big set of differences that need to R/O with a complete history by General Physician then he/she will decide either refer to a nephrologist or optimize your father's treatment plan
